BOARDMAN-Michelle L. Phibbs,29 There will be a funeral service at 4 p.m. Friday at the Fox Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Massie for Michelle L. Phibbs, 29 who passed away Thursday. Michelle was born January 9, 1984 in Youngstown a daughter of the late Walter R Phibbs Jr and Richawn Masterson Timlin of Liberty and has been a life-long area resident.. She graduated from Boardman with the Class of 2003. Besides her mother she leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Angela Centafanti of Boardman; her four brothers Rob Phibbs of Youngstown, Jim Phibbs of Hubbard, Robbi Phibbs of Dayton and Joseph Masterson also of Dayton. In lieu of flowers the family requests that monetary donations be sent to an account under Jim Phibb's name at Huntington Bank in Hubbard.
