Nancy R. Parrish, 72 YOUNGSTOWN---Services will be 9:15 a.m. Friday, at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman and 10 a.m. in St. Patrick Church for Nancy R. Parrish, 72, who died Tuesday morning at Saint Elizabeth Health Center. Mrs. Parrish was born December 19, 1934, in Youngstown, a daughter of John and Catherine O'Leary Gorman and was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from Saint Patrick School and Ursuline High School. Nancy was a homemaker and a member of Sacred Heart Church. Her husband, James D. Parrish, whom she married September 26, 1953, died August 29, 1996. She leaves five daughters, Luanne Ruggiero of Poland, Mary Ellen (Robbie) Best of Youngstown, Patti (Tim) Patrick of Salem, Laura (Gary) Hartman of Boardman and Ann Marie (Scott) Bellstrom of Struthers; a brother, Jack Gorman of Struthers; a sister, Peggy Senchesak of Youngstown; twelve grandchildren, Shannon Pagan, Carrie Such, Tim Patrick, Brian Best, Kelly Patrick, Jennifer Hartman, Becky Best, Scott Bellstrom, Jr., Ryan Bellstrom, Gary Hartman, Jr. and Dominque Ruggiero and 15 great grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, James D. Parrish, Jr., two sisters, Kathleen Rosile and Margaret Mae Gorman and two brothers, James Gorman and David Gorman and a grandson, Robbie Best Jr.. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
