BOARDMAN- Nella Faye Conway, 82 Prayers will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. at St. Charles Church celebrated by Rev. Michael Marcelli for Nella Faye Conway, 82, of Boardman who passed away Monday morning at Assumption Village. Nella was born February 9, 1931 in Knoxville, TN one of five daughters to the late Rhea and Ethel Newton Palmer. Nella moved to the Youngstown area as a child and she attended Struthers High School. She was a home maker and a school bus driver for 25 years retiring in 1992. Nella was a long time member of St. Charles parish, a member of the St. Charles Bowling League, the Old Timers Bowling League from Holiday Bowl and she loved to play Bingo. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Bernard "Bernie" Conway whom she married on July 31,1950; her two sons, Michael (Laurel) Conway of Boardman, Mark Conway of Las Vegas, NV; three daughters, Joy Conway of Stow, Janice Conway of Medina, Judith Conway of Akron; two sisters, Geraldine Hardin of Mims, FL , Linda Morell of Struthers; three granddaughters Alexis Conway, Avery Conway , Kambria Smith; and special family and friends, Eileen Herbert, Lisa Zook, Elaine Williams; Besides her parents, Nella was preceded in death by her two sisters Dolores Stover and Shirley Benedict. In lieu of Flowers Nella's Family request any memorial donations are made in Nella's name to MVI Hospicecare, 4891 Belmont Ave, Youngstown, OH 44505.
