Norma J. Bischoff, 68 BOARDMAN - There will be a funeral service officiated by Rev. Russ Adams at 1 p.m. Monday at Fox Funeral Home for Norma J. Bischoff, 68 who passed away last Tuesday morning at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boardman. Norma was born August 11, 1946 in Oil City, PA, a daughter of Ernest and Hazel Hale Cioppa and moved to the Youngstown area as a child. She went to South High and has been a lifelong area resident. She was a homemaker and a steel worker, working for various plants and retiring from LTV Steel. Norma belonged to a Card Club for many years, enjoyed quilting, reading, cooking, shopping and vacationing. She was very family oriented, would do anything for her family and friends and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her companion of over 30 years, Joseph Molina of Boardman; her four children Terry (Jim) Hill of Atlanta, GA, Jack Bischoff (Linda Sonnenlitter his fiancAC.) of Canfield, Sherry (Doug) Shaffer of Toledo, Joey Molina of Boardman; five grandchildren, Ashley (Kevin) Trapp, Sami Hill, Jake, Luke and Brooke Shaffer. Norma was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Monday at the Fox Funeral Home, prior to the funeral service.
