BOARDMAN-Patricia Ann Collins,81 There will be prayers at 9:30 a.m. at Fox Funeral Home and a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Charles Church celebrated by Fr. Marian Babjak for Patricia Ann Collins, 81, who passed away Tuesday morning at Hospice House surrounded by her family. Patricia was born May 12, 1935, in Youngstown, a daughter of Jesse and Ann Galkus Boughner and has been a lifetime area resident. She was a graduate of East High School with the Class of 1953. She was a homemaker and loved to do things with her family. She enjoyed crafting, traveling, going to garage sales with John , watching old shows and movies and especially playing cards with friends and family. Patricia was a member of St. Charles Church. She is now reunited with her high school sweetheart, John R. Collins whom she married August 22, 1953 and who died on November 11,2011 after celebrating 58 years of marriage. She leaves to cherish her memory, her two daughters, Darlene Halloran and Trish Collins both of Poland; a son John Collins of Akron; a brother Richard Boughner of Youngstown; two sisters, Marge Matovich and Cathy Curry both of Niles; four grandchildren, Heather Halloran, Jim Halloran, Joann (Dan) Collins, and Meredith (Jon) Swisher; and a great-grandson, Justin Halloran. Besides her husband and parents, Patricia was preceded in death by three brothers, Jesse, Bobby and Jimmy Boughner. In lieu of flowers, the family request any memorial donations be made in Patricia's name to Friends of Fido, P.O. Box 14155, Poland, OH 44514.
