Columbiana - Patricia Ellen (Comerford) Giblin, 83 There will be prayers at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Fox Funeral Home and a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Charles Church in Boardman for Patricia Ellen (Comerford) Giblin, 83 who died Tuesday afternoon at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center in Columbiana. Patricia was born in Youngstown on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 1927 a daughter of William and Catherine Reddington Comerford and was a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Chaney High School. Patricia was a long time member of St. Charles Parish, the St. Charles Ladies Guild and past president of St. Charles Bowling League. Patricia was a home maker and enjoyed her grandchildren, her pets, and cooking . Her husband, John L. Giblin whom she married June 21, 1957, died on February 25, 1984. She leaves to treasure her memories her son, Sean Michael (Kathleen) Giblin Sr., a granddaughter Jessica Marie Giblin; a grandson Sean Michael Giblin Jr. all of Ellsworth; a brother John Comerford of New Middletown. Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Berlon and her brother William Comerford. The family wishes to thank the St. Mary's Alzheimer Center for their great care of Patricia the last several years. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to7 p.m. Thursday and 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday at Fox Funeral Home, Boardman.
