Patricia L. McFarland, 79.  A memorial mass will be celebrated by Rev. Martin Celuch at 10:30 Tuesday at Christ Our Savior Parish  Holy Trinity Church for Patricia L. McFarland, 79 of Girard, formerly of Boardman, who passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon.  Patricia was born June 14, 1937 in Youngstown, a daughter of Michael and Helen Simchick Farkas.  She was a graduate of Campbell Memorial High School class of 1955 and she obtained a BS in Education  from Youngstown State and a MS in Education from Kent State.  After graduation she returned to teach for twelve years at Campbell Memorial High School.   Patricia was a former member of Christ Our Savior Parish Holy Trinity Church .   The greatest passion in her life was her family, that she took great pride in.   Her husband Edward C. McFarland, whom she married August 16, 1969, passed away on June 22, 1999.  She leaves to cherish her memory her son Robert S. McFarland of Girard.  Besides her parents and husband, Patricia is preceded in death by her daughter Stacy L. McFarland, who passed away Sept 4, 2011.
