At St. Charles Church, Boardman, for Patrick E. Hughes 47 of Boardman who passed away Thursday, of a Cerebral Hemmorhage. Patrick was born February 10, 1964 in Youngstown a son of Harry & Joan Frey Hughes. He was a 1982 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, a 1984 graduate of St. Elizabeth School of Nuclear Medicine, a 1990 graduate of Hiram University with a degree in Allied Health and Business and a received a M.B.A. from Youngstown State University. Patrick was a former Vice-President at Forum Health and was the assistant Director of Radiology at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.. He was a member of St. Charles Church. Besides his parents of Boardman he leaves to cherish his memory two daughters Katelyn Marie Hughes and Heather Elizabeth Hughes both of Boardman, a sister Mary Ann (Tom) Neff of Austintown, two brothers Michael (Julie) Hughes and Timothy (Marcy) Hughes both of Boardman, his former wife Lisa Hughes of Boardman and several nieces and nephews.
