Canfield- Paul H. Pitcairn, 78. Private services where held Tuesday at the Fox Funeral Home Boardman for Paul H. Pitcairn, 78 of Canfield, who passed away Sunday afternoon. Paul was born Oct 28, 1931 in Youngstown, a son of Harry F. & Marie C. Stuhldreher Pitcairn. He was a 1950 Graduate of South High School and worked as a equipment operator for the Mahoning County Engineer Dept.. Paul was a member of the Youngstown Model Railroad Association and the National Historical Construction Equipment Association. He was a 1996 Recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award for a lifetime dedication to 1/87 scale vehicles. His wife the former Carol Ann Green, died April 26, 1958. He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter Ilona M. (L. Michael) Schill a son James P. (Dianne K.) Pitcairn a sister Sally M. Farnbacher and five grandchildren Carol Ann, Lisa D. & Katherine J. Pitcairn, Sara Schill and Ty M. Schill and his fiancee Lauren George. Arrangements are by the Fox Funeral Home Boardman.
