Penny Anne Dieter, 70. Prayers will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home Boardman, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Rev. Joseph Rudjak at 11 A.M. at St. Patrick Church Youngstown, for Penny Anne Dieter, 70 of North Olmstead formerly of Youngstown who passed away peacefully Saturday afternoon. Penny was born July 26, 1946 in Youngstown, a daughter of Duane and Rosemarie Weyrick Marquette. She was a 1964 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, she was a secretary for several area businesses. Her husband Richard Dieter, whom she married September 30, 1967, passed away Feb 26, 2007. She leaves to cherish her memory , her daughter Gretchen (John) Banak of North Ridgeville. Besides her parents and husband, Penny is preceded in death by a daughter Lynne Welday.
