Precious was born April 1, 2011, in Youngstown, a daughter of Phillip Latimer and Christine White. She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents; a sister, Priscilla Dailey; her grandmother, Janice Ramsey; grandfather John White; her uncle, David Ferguson; and aunt Lisa White. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Thomas and Norma Ramsey and great-uncle David Ramsey.
