BOARDMAN-Richard Moore,65 Prayers will be 9:30 A.M. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Fr. Edward Noga at 10 A.M. at St. Patrick's Church for Richard Moore,65 who passed away early Monday morning at home surrounded by those he loved. Rich was born December 9, 1947 in Youngstown, the son of William and the late Kathleen (Droney) Moore. He was a 1965 graduate of Liberty and a member of St. Patrick parish on Oak Hill Ave in Youngstown. After high school he apprenticed and became a bricklayer with Local #43. In 2000 he established and operated Moore's Tavern in Youngstown and was known for serving the best burgers and fish dinners in the city, until retiring in 2010. Rich leaves behind his wife, the former Loretta Howley; his father William Moore of Liberty; his son Jason Lipinski of Columbus; three sisters, Judy (Mike) Thompson, Susan Dominic, Kathy Walley all of Liberty; five nephews; and his faithful companion for the past 10 years, Lexi. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Fox Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Richard's memory to the St. Patrick Church Capital Campaign Fund, 1420 Oakhill Ave, Youngstown, OH 44507.
