Rose Marie Benedetto passed away peacefully on Saturday July 14, 2018 at home. She will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Rose was born on May 24, 1923 the daughter of Atty. Thomas E. Antonelli and Mary Adovasio Antonelli.

Rose graduated from Ursuline High School in 1941 where she was on the National Honor Society. She completed a business degree at Youngstown College in 1943 and worked as a secretary for Henderson Chevrati for 12 years, then National Cash Register and retired from Gem Young Insurance in 1991. She was a member of St. Charles Lady Guild and Resurrection Choir.

Rose cherished her loving and devoted husband Rocco whom she married on September 17, 1955 at St. Edwards Catholic Church. Her love of her Church, music, traveling with her loving husband Rocco and favorite dancing partner were sources of great happiness.

Rose leaves to cherish her memory, her Daughter Mary Lisa, (Ali), granddaughters Kimberly and Christina, great granddaughters Scarlett, Lilly and Cyrid all from San Antonio, Texas where she travelled many times. She is also survived by her brother Paul Antonelli of North Lima Ohio, sister-in-laws Cathy Antonelli from Dayton, Nancy Antonelli from Cleveland, nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.  The family would to thank Rose's loving care givers David and Bertie Benedetto, Geri and Dave Kaster, Diane and Tom Hammar, Susie Calautti and Karen Stanfar.

Rose was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Brothers Mark, Louis, Edward and Thomas.

Rose's family would like to thank the entire staff of Poland Shepherd of the Valley and Crossroads Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to St. Charles Church or Crossroads Hospice.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 10:30am to 12:30pm at Fox Funeral Home followed by a mass of Christian burial at 1:00pm at St. Charles Church Boardman. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
