Rosemarie Ann Roussos, 83 YOUNGSTOWN - There will be a funeral service at 4 p.m. Sunday at Fox Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Dan Tayman for Rosemarie Ann Roussos, 83, who passed away Wednesday afternoon at her home surrounded by her loving family. Rosemarie was born February 15, 1931 in Wilkes-Barre, PA, a daughter of the late Michael and Lottie Yankoski Filip and has been an Youngstown area resident since 1971. She graduated from High School in Wilkes-Barre, Pa and later served her country in the United States Marine Corp. Upon moving to the Youngstown area where her husband Dr. Dean Roussos was a professor At YSU, Rosemarie was a homemaker continuing to raise her four children. She will be greatly missed by her husband Dean Roussos whom she married on November 28, 1953 in Norfolk, VA .just short of celebrating their 61st Wedding anniversary. She will also be missed by her three daughters, Christine Kalhoun of Austintown, Constance Ashworth of Indianapolis, IN, Nancy Roussos of Boardman; her son Steven Roussos of Erlinger, KY; her two sisters, Peggy Geroski and Jean Filip both of Wilkes-Barre, PA; her three grandchildren, Jesse Kalhoun, Sabrina Ashworth and Jason Roussos. Besides her parents Rosemarie was preceded in death by her two brothers Carl and Tommy Filip and her grandson Curtis Ashworth.
