Ruth E. Hartman, 79 BOARDMAN - Funeral services will be officiated by the Rev. Kristin Stroble at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Forest Lawn Cemetery Chapel, Boardman for Ruth E. Hartman, 79, who passed away peacefully Friday morning. Ruth was born April 7, 1935, in Salem, a daughter of Edward and Mary Pow Hartman. She was a graduate of South High School and the Youngstown Hospital Association School of Nursing. Ruth worked as a R.N. at both the Southside and Northside Units of Forum Health for 40 years. She was a member of the Heritage Presbyterian Church, and traveled extensively with her sister. Ruth was a proud sponsor of a child in India. She leaves to cherish her memory her sister, Margaret A. Hartman, with whom she made her home. There are no calling hours. Material tributes can be made in Ruth's memory to the Child Fund International, 2821 Emerywood Parkway, Richmond, VA 23294.
