Ruth A. Klochak, 73 There will be a funeral service at 5 p.m. Monday at the Fox Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Cliff Morris for Ruth A. Klochak, 73 of Boardman who passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon at Hospice House. Ruth was born July 12, 1942 in Youngstown a daughter of Adam and Mildred Lewellyn Dunlosky and was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from Chaney High School with the Class of 1960. Ruth was a homemaker and worked as a meat wrapper at Santisi's Supermarket in Campbell until retiring in 2000. Ruth's passion in life was spending time with her family and friends. Her husband Michael A.Klochak whom she married on October 24,1970 died on March 17, 2013. She will be sadly missed by her five daughters, Jacqueline Guevara of Cleveland, Laurie (Dan) Baudile of Pittsburgh, Paula Phelps of Austintown, Michelle (Joe) Laverty of Kinsman, Kimber Klochak of Johnstown, PA; eight grandchildren, Michael (Tiffany) Villagrana, Ian Guevara, Alexis Guevara, Taylor and Tyler Laverty, Brian Phelps, Adam Phelps ,Victoria Phelps and four great-grandchildren. Besides her husband and parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her sister Audrey Kavlick and her brother, John Dunlosky.
