Ruthan M. Seese, 61 MILLINGTON, TENN. - Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman officiated by the Rev. Nicholas Shori for Ruthan M. Seese, 61, formerly of Youngstown, who passed away Thursday morning. Ruthan was born Oct. 29, 1949, in Youngstown, a daughter of Hugh and Ruth Colbert Heim. She was a 1967 Austintown Fitch High School graduate. Her husband Dominic, whom she married Nov. 4, 1967, passed away Feb. 4, 1991. She leaves to cherish her memory, a sister, Cathy (Keith) Moore of Millington; two brothers, Charles (Maryann) Heim of Youngstown and Alfred (Debbie) Heim of New Middletown; and several nieces and nephews that she loved as if they where her own.
