Sharlene M. Boykin, 20, passed away Tuesday afternoon October 6. She was born July 18, 2006, in Youngstown, a daughter of William Boykin, Jr and Melissa Green. After graduating from Chaney High School in 2025, Sharlene went to work for Gateways for Better Living. Growing up she was a member of St. Patrick Church. She enjoyed shopping, going to parties and spending time with family and friends. Along with her parents, Mardell Dawson and Keisha Robinson, Sharlene leaves to cherish her memory her son Ke’Mazi Rogers, grandparents Willie Green, Evelyn Hudson and William Boykin, Sr, brothers Ronald Green ,Jawuan Tate, Christopher Rogers, Durrell Richardson, Jr., William Boykin, III and LeBron Boykin, sisters Destani Boykin, Valiyah May, Dynasti Boykin, Jalynn Boykin, Diamone Boykin and Nakiea Boykin, and father of her son Ke’Juan Rogers. She is preceded in death by Grandmother Sharlene Lawson and great grand parents Anna Lawson and Mattie Green, Dorethea Hudson.

Family and friends may call from 11 to 1 P.M. Monday October 12 at New Life Church, 2250 East Western Reserve Rd., Poland, followed by a funeral service at 1 P.M.
