Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday at Fox Funeral Home, 4700 Market Street, Boardman, for Susan Elaine Billock, 48, of Poland, who passed away on Saturday after a short illness. She was bom on February 13, 1957 in Youngstown, a daughter of Charles H. and Mary Ann Kingure Billock. A graduate of Springfield Local High School, she had worked at Hills Department Store, at Stambaugh Thompson Company in the internal auditing department, and had been the office manager for the Rondinelli Company for the past 8 years. Sue was a ten year member of the Millcreek Chapter of the American Business Women's Association, currently serving her third term as chapter President. She was honored by them in 2002 as "Woman of the Year", and served as the Newsletter editor, winning several awards at Spring Conferences and at National Conventions. She is survived by her father, with whom she made her home, a sister, Beverly (Robert) Hobart of Poland, and seven brothers; Charles R. (Theresa) Billock of Poland, David (Wendy) Billock of Poland, Stephen (Mary Ann) Billock of Glen Bumie, Maryland, Thomas (Laura) Billock of Boardman, Randall Billock of Phoenix, Arizona, Daniel Billock of Youngstown, and William (Heather) Billock ofHilo, Hawaii. She also leaves thirteen nieces and nephews; Robert (Brandi) Hobart, Jeffrey (Maranda) Hobart, Charles, Kaitlin, Christine, Nanci, David, Allison, Brian, Caria, Dana, Margaret and Nicholas Billock. She was preceded in death by her mother and two sisters, Mary Ann and Nancy. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and from 11 to 12:00 noon on Wednesday at the funeral home.
