Thomas W. Ramsey, 71 YOUNGSTOWN- Services will be at noon Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman, celebrated by Pastor Russ Adams , for Thomas Ramsey, 71, who passed away Monday evening. Thomas was born Sept. 15, 1939, in Winona, W. Va., a son of Niles and Goldie McMillion Ramsey and has been an area residence since 1958. He was a baker and worked for Westside Bakery and Plaza Bakery before retiring. His wife, Norma L. Wright, whom he married Feb. 7, 1959, preceded him in death on Dec. 31,2003. He will be missed by his three daughters, Regina (Larry) Juergens of Mount Vernon, Ohio, Christine Moschella and Janice (John White) Ramsey, both of Youngstown; two sons, James Ramsey and Kenneth Ramsey, both of Youngstown; a sister, Eloise Myles of Onsted,Mich.; five brothers, Eugene and Bernard Ramsey of Liberty, James Ramsey of Winona, W. Va., Jack Ramsey of Hubbard and John Ramsey of Vienna; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Besides his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son, David Ramsey; a sister, Hazel Hall; and a brother, Ronnie Ramsey. Friends may call from 10 to 11:45 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
