Jacksonville, Florida- Sgt. Vincent Michael Testa,27. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m.Saturday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman for Sgt. Vincent Michael Testa, 27, who passed away Friday in Jacksonville, Florida. Vincent was born August 25, 1987 in Youngstown, a son of Sandy (Mike) Dobransky and Joe Testa, Sr. and Theresa Sebastiano. He was a 2006 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. Vince proudly served in the Army with two tours of duty, both in Iraq and Afghanistan, and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was to be redeployed next week. Vincent loved to fish, hunt , camp and dance. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his nieces and nephews where he taught them to love life. Besides his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory, the love of his life and soul mate his fiancee' Staci Balkin, whom he proposed March 12, 2015, his grandmother Marlene Bailey,brother Joe (Rachel) Testa, Jr., sister Justyne Testa (John Pastouis), step brothers Mark (Amy) Dobransky and Matthew (Jennifer) Dobransky, nephews, Johnny 5, Joe III and Giovanni, nieces Amelia, Elliana, Allysa and Kayla., his fiancee's parents Dino (Tracy) Balkin and her brother Tony Balkin, many cousins, aunts, uncles, army brothers and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Virginia Ginny Testa and grandfathers Howard Bailey and Paul Testa, Sr. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 10a.m. Saturday at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman. Following the service at the funeral home, military honors will be rendered at Resurrection Cemetery in Austintown.
