William Anthony Dugan, 73 Prayers will be 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Fox Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Rev. Michael Marcelli at 11 a.m. at St. Charles for William Anthony Dugan, 73, who passed away Sunday evening at Hospice House. Bill was born October 15, 1938 in Youngstown, a son of George and Rosalie Lucarell Dugan and was a life-long area resident. He graduated from South High School with the Class of 1957. He retired after many years as General Sales Manager for Sim's Buick and Cole Valley. He was a long time member of St. Charles parish; was an avid Hot Rod Enthusiast and was a die cast toy car collector. He leaves his wife, Barbara Green whom he married on August 29, 1957 just celebrating their 55th Wedding anniversary. He will be greatly missed by his son, Ronald (Vicki) Dugan of Boardman; son -in-law Robert Marinelli of New Castle; a brother Robert (Bette) Dugan of Boardman; a sister Judy (Rich) Berg also of Boardman; six grandchildren, Nichole Marinelli, Danielle Marinelli, Rachel Dugan, Brandon Marinelli, Tiffany Dugan and Lindsey Dugan ; a great-grand daughter Kenzie Dugan-Boyer and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his daughter Terrie Lynn Marinelli; a son William Dugan; and a brother George Dugan.
