Boardman. William C. Lee, 83 Private Services were held for William C. Lee, 83 of Youngstown who passed away Tuesday morning at Ron Joy Nursing Home. William was born August 27, 1926 in Youngstown the son of John and Loretta Ryan Lee. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. He loved baseball and played in the Minor Leagues for the Philadelphia Phillies. He was a veteran who served in the United States Army. Bill retired from Ohio Edison where he worked in the engineering department. He was truly loved and will be sadly missed by his wife Bette M. Wolfcale whom he married in 1982. He also leaves two daughters Rebecca McHone of Richmond, VA and Connie Salomone of Latrobe, PA; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
