Aliene Moulin

Aliene Moulin passed away at her residence on Sunday August 3, 2025.

She was born on October 24, 1949, in Youngstown, the daughter of the late James Claycomb and Beverly Thullen Holub, she was a lifelong area resident.

Aliene graduated from Boardman High School in 1968.

She married the love of her life John Joseph Moulin March 29, 1969, they celebrated 43 years together until he sadly passed August 29, 2012.

Aliene was a Housewife who enjoyed taking care of her home and her family.

She was a member of St. Charles Church and later a member of Venture Church. She was very active at the YMCA with the water aerobics classes. She was also involved with the Stonecroft Ministries, the ladies lunch met monthly.

Aliene loved her dogs, she especially enjoyed walking them daily. She enjoyed going to the theater to watch a good movie with her friends.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter Darleen Moulin, who made her home with her mom. And nieces Melissa Shae and Stephanie Shea, plus nephews Wesley Shea and Bob Cannon. And several other nieces and nephews.  Dear friend of the family, Steve Woolley.

Aliene had several half siblings that live in Kentucky.

Besides her parents and her husband, Aliene was preceded in death by her sister Charlotte Shea.

Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday August 11, 2025, at the Fox Funeral Home 4700 Market St. Boardman. And calling Tuesday August 12, 2025, from 9 to 9:50 a.m., at St. Catherine of Siena Parish St. Charles Church, 7345 Westview Dr. Boardman. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
