Beth A. (Hoffman) Phipps

Beth A. Hoffman Phipps 59, of Youngstown, passed away at the Hospice House on Tuesday February 18, 2025.

Beth was born August 7, 1965, in Lorain, the daughter of the late Richard Hoffman and Margaret Severa, she was a resident of the area most of her life.

She attended Struthers High School and received her GED. Beth went to the Mahoning County Vocational School for secretarial and computer office degree.

Beth has worked for several years for DRB properties as the office manager.

She was a member of the Teddy Foltz Committee, aimed at helping abused women and children. Beth was an avid motorcycle enthusiast

Beth leaves to cherish her memory of her daughter Ashly Hoffman of Youngstown and her son Jonathan Ambrose of Girard.

Her sisters Debbie (Larry) Rodgers of Boardman and Alexis (Rick) Lore of Sheffield, her grandchildren; Clifton, Isabella, Braylon, Gabriella and Leo.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Bonnie Jacobs.

Family and friends may call from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday February 27, 2025, at the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
