Carl D. Ambrose

Carl D. Ambrose, 84, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning July 31, 2024.  He was born October 5, 1939, in Sharon, Pennsylvania a son of Anthony and Murl Tracy Ambrose.

He graduated from Howland High School in 1957.  Carl was employed at the General Motors Assembly Plant in Lordstown until his retirement.  

 He enjoyed hunting elk and fishing in Canada, playing poker, and going to LasVegas.

He was known for his joke telling and liked hanging out at the Moose Lodge with his buddies.

Carl leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter Autumn Ambrose (John) Buhl of Leesburg, Virginia. 

His wife Shirley is deceased. 

Funeral services will be Monday August 5, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.  at the Fox Funeral Home, Youngstown, where there will be a live streamed service on the Fox Funeral Home Facebook page.
