Darlene Jean Lyons

 Darlene Jean Lyons, 80, passed away peacefully Sunday morning August 17,2025.

She was born on December 11, 1944, in Youngstown, the daughter of Perry McBride and Bertha Tressler.  Darlene enjoyed collecting tea pots, listening to Elvis and most especially spending time with her family. Her husband Merwin C. Lyons, whom she married July 20, 1981, passed away August 3, 2004.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children Marlane (Sam) Febo, Cheryl (Jan) Lesnak and Joseph Mazy, sister Judith Salman, grandchildren Steven Lesnak, Samuel Febo, Jr., Stephanie (Michael) Schragal, Kelly Lesnak and Samantha (Nathaniel) LaMantia and great grandchildren Logan and Greyson.

Darlene is preceded in death by her daughter Brenda Mazy and sister Patricia Salman.   Friends may call from 11 to 1 P.M. Wednesday August 20, 2025, at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, followed by a funeral service at 1P.M. officiated by Rev Greg Calko. 

She will be laid to rest with her family at Lake Park Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
