David John Gay

In loving memory of David John Gay. David was born in Hanham UK on January 26, 1967, to John and Sandra Gay. He passed on October 14, 2025. David was an exceptionally brilliant young man who excelled at mathematics and science as well as the creative process. He graduated with a degree in mathematics from Manchester University.
He emigrated to the United States in 1996 from London where he moved to NYC and made his name with a wide variety of Fintech firms, including a consulting firm, Eikos Partners, of which he was co-founder and co-owner.
He resettled in Northeast Ohio in 2016, where he spent the remainder of his life in the Parkside Estates neighborhood of Boardman Township. He was a regular at Planet Fitness, as he was an avid bodybuilder. Everywhere he went he made a positive impact on the lives around him. His kindness and wit, along with his boundless enthusiasm, was an inspiration to all those his life touched.
He is preceded in passing by his Father John, a master carpenter and watercolor painter and he is survived by his beloved mother Sandra, his brother Ryan and his sister JoAnne. He leaves behind his husband of ten years, Miguel Roberto Gay.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
