Helene Ann Brocious, 62, passed away peacefully Saturday afternoon February 7, 2026, at her home, with her loving family by her side. She was born on an autumn day Sept 2, 1963, in Statesboro, Georgia, a daughter of Daniel and Martha Adams Foglio. Helene started her working career as a paralegal in Philadelphia, then working for Lincoln Behavioral Center. She finished her career as a Medical Assistant. Helene could cook anything and make it taste great; she loved fishing and enjoying life with her partner, family, and friends, she also enjoyed all types of music and recorded two CDs. Helene leaves to cherish her memory, her son David Brocious, daughter Jessica (Christopher) Simmons, her beloved partner of 13 years Joseph Messer, sister Gina Bostic, brothers Edward Foglio and Daniel Foglio, grandsons Johnathon Brocious, Henry Simmons and granddaughter Harper Brocious.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 P.M. Saturday February 14, 2026, at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, followed by a funeral service at 5 P.M., officiated by Rev. Don Monaco
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
