John w. Marciella, 66 of Canfield, known as Jack to his family and friends, passed away early evening on November 11, 2025, in Conroe, Texas.
John was born May 18, 1959, in Youngstown, son of the late James Maricella and Mary K. Harris Marciella-McCauley.
John was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, class of 1977. He went on to Youngstown State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree and on to a master’s degree.
John was a veteran of the United Staes Marine Corp.
He enjoyed his Detroit Lions, family dog Chewy and traveling all over the United States. He loved spending time with family and friends.
John was a long-haul trucker for over 25 years. Last drove for Crete Shaffer Carrier where he received numerous accolades for safety, trainer of the year, and many drivers of the month awards.
He leaves to cherish his memory two sisters, Theresa (Terry) Terrigno of Canfield, Christine (Mike) Wagner-Short of Poland.
Nephews Terry Terrigno, Nico Terrigno of Canfield, Michael Wagner of Boardman, James (Kiley) Wagner of Youngstown. A niece Kristin (Dave) Munholand of New Springfield, Two daughters Shannon and Nicole, many great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
John was preceded in death in death by his paternal grandparents Isadore and Mary Marsico Marciella. Maternal grandparents John W. Harris and Catherine Blum Harris and by his sister Deborah A. Marciella.
Due to the deceased wishes no calling hours or services will be held. His family will have a private memorial at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
