Kyle Glen Cunningham

 Kyle Glen Cunningham, 35, passed away peacefully Monday May 6, 2024.

 He was born December 8, 1988, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, a son of Glen and Kathy Schragal Cunningham.  As a child, Kyle started Boy Scout career as tiger cub and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.  While attending Cardinal Mooney High School, Kyle played on the golf team and was the equipment manager for the football team for all four years before graduating in 2007.

Kyle made the Celebrate weekend as a high school junior. He remained active in this ministry for several years, serving mainly as a facilitator where he gained many lifelong friends. 

After graduation, Kyle attended Walsh University, where he was the equipment manager for their football team.  In 2014, Kyle started his real estate career at Kelly Warren & Associates as the Director of Operations and obtained his real estate license in 2017. Last year, Kyle cofounded The Cunningham Group at Kelly Warren & Associates.  During his career, Kyle received many awards for being a top producer.  Kyle was a lifelong fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Dallas Cowboys. Along with his parents, Kyle leaves to cherish his memory, his brother Ryan Cunningham, sister Jessica Cunningham, niece Riley Cunningham, uncles Gary (Karen) Cunningham, Danny (Aimee) Cunningham and Jack (Donna) Schragal, several cousins and a host of extended family and very special friends.  

Kyle is preceded in death by his grandparents Eugene and Betty Cunningham and Jack and Mary Schragal. Family and friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Tuesday May 14, 2024, at the Fox Funeral Home 4700 Market St. Boardman.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. John Ettinger at 12 Noon Wednesday May 15, 2024, at St. Christine Church, 3165 S. Schenley Ave. Youngstown.
