Mary Mulligan Obituary

 

Mary D. Mulligan, 79 passed away peacefully Saturday June 22, 2024.  She was born May 15, 1945, in Youngstown, a daughter of William and Theresa Copple Mulligan, Sr. 

Mary was a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and Choffin. She was the head of the payroll department at St. Elizabeth Medical Center and worked at Help Hotline until her retirement. 

During her lifetime, Mary went to St. Dominic and Holy Family churches. 

Mary leaves to cherish her memory, her brothers William (JoAnne) Mulligan, Jr., and Edward (Sandy) Mulligan, sister Joan Susor, Pat (Ed) Gailey and nieces; Kathy Mulligan, Joan Susor, Cheryl Susor, Patty Venman, Cori Wimer, Gail Hay, Erin Schilling, Megan Simon and Mackenzie Hoffman and several great and great -great nieces and nephews. 

Along with her parents, she was preceded by Josepine Amato Myers, nephew William Mulligan III, and by her fiancé’ Emmanuel Tsambarlis.

 Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:20 Monday July 8, 2024, at St. Dominic Church 77 E. Lucius Ave. Youngstown, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30a.m.

 She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
