Mary Ann Guerrieri

On the morning of Tuesday, October 28, 2025, Mary Ann Guerrieri passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 92 at her home in Boardman, OH.

She was born November 8, 1932, in Farrell, PA to Julia (Szarvas) Frankel of Sharpsville, PA and Andrew Ciccarone of Washington, PA. She graduated from Farrell High School In 1950 where she was crowned their beautiful Homecoming Queen.

Mary Ann Ciccarone married Mario John Guerrieri from Masury, OH in 1953 in Farrell, PA and were together for 58 years until his death on December 22, 2011. They had four beloved children, Mario John (Chris) Guerrieri Jr. of Medina, OH. Michael E. Guerrieri (Marlene) Guerrieri of Henderson, NV.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, parents, dearest in-laws Paul and Maria “Mary”

(Cimini) Guerrieri, beloved stepmother, Almeda Ciccarone, brother Dennis Clark Ciccarone, daughter in-laws Chris (Carey) and Marlene (Wilt), and niece Nicole Davis. And Missy and Titi, too.

She leaves to cherish her memory her four children, two grandchildren Nina (Steven) Herrera of

Oxnard, CA and Adam Guerrieri of Medina, OH. Sisters Sandra Ciccarone of Greenville, PA and Donna Jean (Tom) Davis of Parker, CO, many treasured nieces and nephews and her dear long- time friend Bonnie Santos.

Mary Ann will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved her as an extremely kind and beautiful woman curled up in a chair with another book, cup of tea and looking out for her favorite Cardinal, Hummingbirds and Woodpecker or film set in the English countryside. She always said she wished she could fly like a bird and we have no doubt that she is now happily soaring high above the heavens. Forever.

We will love and miss you forever until we meet again someday. See you on the other side, Mom.
