Robert Keay Hay

Robert Keay Hay, 65, passed away peacefully on Saturday February 10, 2024. He was born January 22, 1959, in Youngstown, a son of the late Walter James. and Mary Margaret. Finnerty Hay. He was a 1977 graduate of Boardman High School and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree at Kent State University.  Bob was a physical therapy assistant for many years at Tudor Physical Therapy. He was a member of St. Patrick Church and enjoyed spending time with family and friends at Lake Milton and pontoon boating there.  Coming from a large extended family, Bob looked forward to the summer vacation with the family  at Geneva on the lake.

 He leaves to cherish his memory his brother Jimmy (Chris) Hay, sisters Maggie Hay, Nellie Murray, and Janet (Robert) Thomas, nieces Anne Hay, Mallory (Michelle Thomin) Hay, Tara (Sam) Conner and Madison Thomas, nephews James Hay, Zac (Claudina) Hay and R. J. Thomas, and great nieces Marley and Evie Hay.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his aunt Peg Hay, and his good friend Jerry Ayers. 

Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:50 Saturday February 17, 2024, at St. Patrick Church,1420 Oak Hill Ave. Youngstown with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11A.M. celebrated by Very Rev John Sheridan.
