Susanne M (Coniglio) Miller

Susanne M. Miller passed away peacefully on Monday August 11, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

She was born May 21, 1957, in Youngstown, a  daughter of late Samuel Louis and Rose Luklan Coniglio.

Susanne graduated from Canfield High School 1975. She attended Youngstown State University receiving a B.S. in business administration in 1979, an M.A. from Youngstown State University in 1999, and an M.S. in education from Youngstown State University in 2006.

Susanne worked initially as a copy editor in advertising in the Youngstown and Sharon areas, then moved to editing the English Journal at YSU and finally, as an academic advisor at the Bitonte College of Health and Human Services Y.S.U. from 1998 to her retirement in 2022.  She enjoyed sailing, going on cruises, and traveling to the Outer Banks with her husband.

 
Susanne leaves behind her loving husband, Thomas M. Miller whom she married April 29, 1989, sisters, Atty. Shirley J. Coniglio (David Walski) and Sandra (Randy) Keim and niece Jozi (Anthony)  McCormick, several cousins, friends and her dogs Maddie and Molly.  Friends may call from 11 to 12:50 Friday  August 15 at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, followed by a funeral service at the funeral home at 1 P.M., officiated by Rev David Joachim.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
