Youngstown – A funeral service will be officiated by Rev. Duane Jesse at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at The Fox Funeral Home in Boardman, 4700 Market Street, for Patricia “Pati” (Lawson) Bevan, 58, who passed away Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown with family by her side.
Pati was born on October 27, 1959 in Youngstown, a daughter of James and her late mother, Barbara Fenisey Lawson. She was a 1978 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and worked at GF Business Equipment and most recently (for the past 15 years) at Leebaw Manufacturing as a sales representative.
Pati enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She devoted her life to being an amazing mother, grandmother and wife. She was heavily involved in her three sons’ activities throughout their childhood. She lead and participated in many volunteer organizations such as the Parent-Teacher Association.
Pati will be deeply missed by her husband of 38 years, Richard Bevan, her three boys: Jeff (Leanne) Bevan, Michael (Veronica) Bevan and Stephen (Vesna) Bevan, her siblings: James (Lorri) Lawson, Barb (Jim) Pustay, and Karen Spragg and her dear grandchildren: Aubrey, Keira, Reagan, Kendrix, Adriana, Mya and Tatiana
During her life, Pati was a two-time breast cancer survivor. Therefore, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center, 1044 Belmont Ave. Youngstown, Ohio 44501.
Pati will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Boardman.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday at The Fox Funeral Home in Boardman, 4700 Market Street.
